About Impact from the Start

I created Impact from the Start to offer something I wish I had. A place where parents and caregivers can find real information that makes sense. Resources in English and Spanish. Support that feels personal. My goal is to help families feel more confident, more prepared, and more supported from the very beginning.

Our mission is to make it easier for families to understand and support their child’s development. That includes:

• Sharing information about caregiver mental health and why it matters
  
  

• Offering simple tools to track milestones and prepare for checkups
  
  

• Helping parents build strong relationships with their children through daily connection
  
  

• Connecting families to services and programs that can help them overcome barriers
  
  

This work is just beginning. But every small step matters. We are here to help you take those steps, and to remind you that you are not alone in this journey.

We are currently building digital tools and printable resources for families with young children. Our content is designed to be easy to understand and bilingual (English and Spanish). Resources will include milestone trackers, checkup prep guides, mental health tips, and community links.

We support families in Arizona with young children, especially those navigating early parenting with limited access to health or educational resources. Whether you're a first-time parent, a caregiver, or someone just looking for help — you're welcome here.

We want to help build a future where every child has the chance to grow up healthy, connected, and supported — starting from before birth. Our long-term goal is to make early childhood care and information easier to access, especially for families in underserved communities.
